recognize elements already created in discovery process

Hello

Im statrting with IDP managment and testing the discover funtion, it works finding the equitments but it down me all as new elements, it could recongnize what elements are already created?

Hi Juan,

IDP is capable of doing some filtering/indicating which elements are already created on the system, if those are managed by IDP.

So, if you created an element from one discovery process, the next discovery you do will already indicate that one as an existing one.

If these are elements that you manually created in DataMiner and not via IDP, then you will need to make them managed by using the Unmanaged tab in the IDP main Visual Overview.
