I need to setup STaaS on a Staging server for a client. It is a single agent which needs to be linked, no failover. I've followed steps from the documentation on how to do the setup: Setting up STaaS | DataMiner Docs.
Steps 1,2 and 3 are ok (system is running version 10.4.12, connection do dataminer.services is green, the machine has internet access). Now on step 4 - upgrading DxM versions issues started appearing. I wanted to upgrade them to be able to get started with STaaS, but I see the error messages:
I followed the documentation on troubleshooting but still the issue persists:Investigating issues with dataminer.services features | DataMiner Docs.
All of the DataMiner services are running properly on Windows, no issues there. Also, I am now prevented to do any upgrades as you can see on the image below:
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi,
This issue is unrelated to STaaS itself, but rather our system detecting that certain DxMs are not sending their heartbeat and as such are considered unhealthy. We prevent certain actions depending on which DxMs have this state, as we expect the actions to fail without a healthy DxM.
I recommend that you open a support request so that the logs can be analyzed and more tailored support can be given for this specific case.
