Sometimes there are IDP components that are in timeout. However, it does not impact our element provisioning workflow as the solution we are using leverages the use of InterApp comms.
Can I please get some advice on how to adjust IDP configuration such that the timeout notification goes away?

Could you let us know which version of IDP you are using?
That issue could happen for older versions of IDP but it has been fixed for quite some time.
At the time of the release of the fix, we introduced a change that after rerunning the setup wizard all timeouts would disappear.
With that version, the issue you are experiencing should not be happening.
Could you rerun the setup wizard, without making changes to the existing settings, to verify if it addresses the issue?
It should have logic in place to remove the underlying cause for the timeout.
