Set protocol version in production if no production version exist yet when installing package

I have a package that installs scripts/protocols and there's an option to set a the protocol version as production  (SetAsProduction element | DataMiner Docs)

However I was wondering if there's a way to only set it as production if there's no version that's already been set to production

The first uploaded version of a protocol will be set as production by default in one of the upcoming DataMiner versions. Data-Acquisition is still validating this feature, but you can track its progress with task 233019.
