While dashboard sharing has great benefits in the context of incident resolution (as illustrated in Dashboard sharing reducing OPEX while accelerating incident resolution – DataMiner Dojo), it can also be used to have DataMiner serve your entire supply chain, reaching far more people than the users of the platform itself. This enables DataMiner to become the (sole) reference for all stakeholders: service/product teams, network/platform teams, NOC/SOC operators, customer services, call center services, customers, partners, etc.
USE CASE DETAILS
The different components available in DataMiner Dashboards make it possible for each team or individual person to receive exactly the data they require, in the layout that best fits their setup, with a background and colors schemes adjusted to their preferences and room illumination.
There’s no need for users of these shared dashboards to have access to the DataMiner System, and they don’t even need to know how to interact with DataMiner Cube. All data is accessed on the DataMiner Cloud Platform, without any additional load or security risk for the DataMiner System itself.
And next to dashboard sharing is also available API sharing enabling 3rd applications to interface with the DataMiner over the DataMiner Cloud Services.
