USE CASE DETAILS
This is our SRM standard solution in action at Stats Perform. On a timeline, you see all bookings entered in the system. Each booking is color coded according to its status (completed, running, pending, confirmed, quarantined).
A tailored solution, integrated with the SRM (Service and Resource Management) module. It provides the operator with the ability to use DataMiner as the booking management solution for both planning of bookings and full configuration of all devices in the chain, end to end. The solution provides not only resource management and configuration, but also the ability to add administrative information and automated reporting on bookings and services.
